Product Guarantee / Faulty Goods


All products supplied are covered under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.


If a manufacturing defect arises within this period, the product must be returned to us together with:

• The original purchase receipt (please note that credit card receipts or statements are not accepted as proof of purchase)

• Your full contact details

• A written description of the fault


Repairs will be undertaken by an authorised repair centre appointed by the manufacturer.


Exclusions:

This guarantee does not cover defects or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or any modification not authorised by the manufacturer.


Within the first 14 days:

Should a product develop a fault within the first 14 days from the date of purchase, you may return it for either an exchange or a refund, provided the product is returned in the same condition as supplied.


Postage and handling:

• The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning faulty goods to us.

• We will cover the cost of delivering repaired or replacement items back to you.


This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Cancellation of Orders / Returned Goods


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be made in full, less any applicable delivery charges.


Exclusions:

• Special order items are non-returnable.

• Products that have been installed in a vehicle are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

• In exceptional cases, and only with prior written authorisation, we may accept returns of fitted goods if they are complete, unmarked, and undamaged. A 25% restocking fee will apply in such cases.


Condition of returned goods:

• Goods must be returned in pristine, saleable condition, complete with the original packaging and all accessories.

• You are solely responsible for the cost and safe return of goods.

• Goods received incomplete, damaged, or in a non-saleable condition will be returned to you at your expense.


Return procedure:

Notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery of your intention to cancel.

Return the goods within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will only be processed after inspection and confirmation that the goods meet the return conditions.


Important:

Failure to return goods within 30 days will result in the cancellation right being void. 


Written cancellation requests must be received within the 14-day cancellation window.
